Our Prodcution Process

Fabric Inspection

Checking Raw fabric quality along-with pre wash shrinkage & land dry of fabric, Making sure zero bleeding of colours & Using Azo Free dyes.

Precision Fabric Laying

Our meticulous approach on the 0-0 level table ensures each garment is precisely cut, while individual numbering eliminates any risk of color variation, guaranteeing a cohesive look across every piece. Stitching Quality Control

Our Inspection Process

1st Inspection

Following the completion of our meticulous job process, we ensure that any necessary part changes during manufacturing are executed with precision and care, reflecting our unwavering commitment to delivering garments that meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

WASHING

We use chemical free wash & Uses mild soap such as Ezzy or Gentle which
are bleach free & free from any hard chemicals.

DRY CLEAN

We also do Dry cleaning wash to remove any oil or hard stains if
there are any as per requirement.

Attaching Buttons

We generally attach buttons after wash with JUKI Machine. & Bar tuck With Juki Machine.
Pre or post wash as per style requirement.

2nd & 3rd INSPECTION

Using Metal detectors before we pack shipments

Before we finalize our shipments, we utilize advanced metal detectors to ensure that every garment is free from hidden contaminants or foreign objects, safeguarding the integrity and quality of our products for your satisfaction.
